Support
With the support of the IUPAP C-12 Commission, financial assistance is available for students, early-career scientists, and participants from low-income countries to facilitate their participation in INPC 2025.
Eligibility
- Student currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Early-career scientists who received the Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) within the last 5 years (excluding periods of career interruption)
- Participants from low-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, are eligible to apply for funding.
Low-income countries: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Togo, Uganda, Republic of Yemen
How to Apply
To apply for financial support, please complete the steps below.
1. Submit an abstract for a scientific contribution through Indico
2. Register for the conference via Indico (payment is not required at this stage)
3. Complete and submit the application via the designated Google Form.
- Attach the following supporting documents:
- Evidence of origin (CV and a letter of recommendation)
- A list of recent publications
- A brief description of your financial need
